What Is Global Access Direct Service

Global Access Direct (GAD) service is the implementation of our new generation of switching technology. GAD is a direct dial-through service for customers. This means the customer does not have to hang up when placing a long-distance call, giving transparent access to our service, at the best rates.

How GAD - Denmark Works

Instant, direct access - no time delay waiting for the callback.

No sign up fee.

No monthly minimum fee.

PIN allows customer use of the service from any touch-tone
phone in Denmark at the same low rate 24 hours a day, seven
days a week.

Who Can Access GAD - Denmark

For now, all active Telegroup customers can access GAD - Denmark from any touch-tone phone. However, Teledenmark's local calling rate from the customer's location to Copenhagen, will be added to the regular rates for using the GAD service.

Customer Instructions

From a touch-tone phone, dial the access number 332-63200.
If using your phone with a dialer, dial 361-50384.

If you are on Teledenmark's digital service and calling from
your registered te lephone number, proceed to the next step.
Otherwise, after you hear the bong tone, enter your PIN.

Dial 00 plus the country code and the destination number.

Press #.

To make additional calls, press ## (pound key twice).

More GAD - Denmark Details

Actual billing time is 30/06. You will be billed for the first 30
seconds and then in increments of 6 seconds.

Charges start once the party being called answers his or her
phone (or once the call goes through a local switchboard).

The rates will be calculated in DKK.

Billing will also be calculated in DKK around the 2nd of each
month.

Customers who have Value Added Tax registration numbers
will be provided with a VAT-free invoice.

Residential customers will be billed through the United
Kingdom with a VAT rate of 17.5%.
